PCP business continuity and risk management framework

PCP supports the assessment and business impact analysis (BIA) of the organization’s processes. Furthermore, PCP provides an opportunity to identify and classify data categories, pertaining to processes, as well as to fully evaluate data assets. Accomplishing a complete survey (mapping) of crucial processes and their dependence upon other components provides an opportunity to reveal vulnerabilities and threats in order to analyse operation risks and to prepare a business continuity plans (BCP).

PCP also fully supports IT risk analysis required by the recommendations of MNB and the ISO (ISO27001 and ISO27005) standards. Furthermore it supports the implementation of the classification and risk analysis required by Act L of 2013 (Ibtv.), and the rapid, efficient and meaningful maintenance of the above assessments.
